— Go to Memberships > Members
— Click the Buyer's name.
— Select Edit.
— Click the pencil next to Next Payment Date
— Change the date.
— Click Update.
*Note for Open Enrollment Structure. When editing payment date, the system will adjust recurring payment schedule moving forward for all upcoming payments based on the new payment date and frequency from how you set that option up originally.
If your intention is to just adjust only their next payment date, then you would have to go back and edit the date after the next upcoming payment runs to get it back to the original schedule.
For all other Membership Structures, Payment plans and payments payments associated with those plans can be custom edited within the payment details tab of the buyer profile.
