When you receive an error message that says a payment method can no longer transact, this is due to the first payment of the card being declined due to insufficient funds, or a general decline.

This decline sets the card as an invalid card within the Chase Bank Wepay system.

After verifying that the card is ok, you can update the payment method with the same card information to re-try the card.

You can do this through Events from the Buyers name click Event Details > The pencil icon next to payment method > Choose payment method.

Add payment details.

You can do this through Memberships from Buyers name > Membership details > Pencil icon next to Payment Method

 Select payment method.

Fill out the payment details.

After entering in the information, click update.
