If you receive an email that Apple has rejected your app. Please follow the directions below. 

1. Log into your App Store Connect account: https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/ 

2. Click on "View Issues"

3. Carefully read what Apple is asking for and respond properly, attaching any documentation if necessary.

If Apple is asking for documentation for proof of ownership, appropriate ones would be your business license, LLC or entity formation documentation.

4. Resubmit your app by following the directions here.
