OPEN URLS

Your customers are able to register for trials, memberships, events, classes, and buy retail directly from URLs that are automatically generated all throughout your MyStudio account.

Your customers can access these URLs from any browser or device.

Whenever you make a change to pricing, description, or any other registration details, then the changes are reflected immediately.

STEP 1     From your MyStudio control panel main menu, navigate to trials, 
memberships, events, classes, or retail and locate the URL for that
particular section.
STEP 2     Copy the URL and share this with your customers in email,
text, and on social media.
STEP 3     Customers will navigate to the URL and register or purchase
from you.

MEMBER PORTAL

Your Member Portal is the customer profile account where they can store payment method, participant profile, and address. This makes their check out experience seamless as they register for events, memberships, and buy retail.

Member only content with restrictions that you specify can be accessed only through the member portal. For example, curriculum resources and online classes that are only accessible by members with active memberships.

Customers can receive and communicate back via 2-way mobile messaging, which is similar to Facebook messenger functionality.

Member Portal Login via MyStudio Apple or Google app

Your customers can create an account and log into the Member Portal on the MyStudio Apple or Google app, which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

STEP 1     Share these MyStudio Apple and Google download links with your 
customers.
STEP 2     Locate your studio code as shown below and share this with your 
customers as well. They will need this to log into your app.
STEP 3     Customers will log into your MyStudio Apple or Google app and can 
then register or purchase from you.



Member Portal Login via Web Browser


Your customers can also access their account through our Web App interface, which is a URL login screen viewable from a browser on any device— mobile, tablet, or computer desktop.

The Web App interface is an extension of the MyStudio app and behaves in the same exact way.

Users will use the same login credentials and see the same content that is on the MyStudio app.

STEP 1     From your MyStudio control panel main menu, navigate to the URL 
found at Member App Access > Web App.
STEP 2     Copy the Web App URL and share this with your customers in email,
text, and on social media.
STEP 3     Customers will navigate to the URL and register or purchase
from you.
