NOTE: Custom campaigns are only available for Leads and Trials. It will be coming soon for Memberships. We thank you for your patience and understanding!

Set conditions for each custom campaign to add or remove trials to the campaign.

Add Trials to Campaign Conditions:

In Step 2 of the campaign, click the pencil icon to add or edit conditions.

You can click the green plus button to add new conditions or the red minus button to remove a condition.

You will select what you conditioning: the Trial Status, Program, Start Date, End Date, Last Attendance, Attendance Count, Attendance Last 14 Days, or Attendance Last 30 Days.

Then you select the type with what you are conditioning.

For Trial Status, you will choose between: Active, Enrolled, Cancelled or Did Not Start.

For Trial Program, you will choose between your Trial Programs.

For Trial Start Date, you will enter in a date.

For Trial End Date, you will enter in a date.

For Trial Last Attendance, you will enter in a date.

For Trial Attendance Count, you will enter in the number of attendances.

For Trial Attendance Last 14 Days, you will enter in the number of attendances.

For Trial Attendance Last 30 Days, you will enter in the number of attendances.

You will then choose if the area you are conditioning is or is not conditioned with the type.

If you have more than one condition, you will have the option to have the campaign require all the conditions.

Or have it require one or the other condition.

In Step 3 of the campaign, when you have more than one email you can add conditions for the emails that follow the first.

You will need to have the "Send mails immediately" box unchecked to be able to add conditions.

Set the user email action.

Then the action step will be one of the emails prior to the next email.

You can add more conditions to these emails and have the conditions include only one or require all.

In Step 4 of the campaign, you can add conditions that remove the trial from the campaign.

Check the box to enable these conditions. And click the pencil icon to add or edit these conditions.

You will select what you conditioning: the Trial Status, Program, Start Date, End Date, Last Attendance, Attendance Count, Attendance Last 14 Days, or Attendance Last 30 Days. (Go back to Step 2 to see these different options.)

You will then choose if the area you are conditioning is or is not conditioned with the type.

If you have more than one condition, you will have the option to have the campaign require all the conditions.

Or you are have it require one or the other condition.
