How To: Schedule an Email

Schedule emails to be delivered at a later date and time

1. Compose Your Email

 

Compose a new email by pushing the email button in the top right corner:

 

Or by clicking the "Group Email" button anywhere in MyStudio (All Customers, Class Appointments, etc.)

 

 

2. Schedule Your Email

 

The Schedule Email button is located near the Send button:

 

Once clicked, this box will appear:

Select your scheduled date, time, and timezone:

 

Once finished, click the Schedule button:

The Send button will now read Send Later:

After clicking this button, you will receive this notification:

 

3. View Your Scheduled Emails

To view your scheduled emails go to Communications > Emails

 

And then to Scheduled. You will be able to view your scheduled emails:
