Need to block out some dates on your class scheduler?

Follow the below instructions to easily block out dates in your class scheduler calendar for holidays and breaks!


To add blockout dates, open your Class Schedule and select Blockout Dates > Add Blockout Dates.

Select the Start and End date that classes will not be available.

NOTE: Adding Block out dates for a specific class/appointment is coming soon.

Click Save.

Click Ok.

In the Member App on the class scheduler calendar, it will show as "Unavailable".

If your Customer clicks on the class they will receive the following error message.

PLEASE NOTE: The ability for customers to see which class dates/times are blocked out on the mobile app is COMING SOON.!

Right now, if a customer tries to book a class that is blocked out through the mobile app, they will see this message:
