Your Google Android build update has failed due to missing Age targeting for your app. Please follow the steps to resolve the issue:
Log on to Google Play Console > select ALL APPS> select your APP NAME.
Search " APP CONTENT" in the search box.
Scroll down to TARGET AUDIENCE AND CONTENT, select checkboxes 18 AND OVER, 16-17, and 13-15. Click NEXT.
Under Appeals to Children, select NO and then click SUBMIT and Save at the bottom of the screen.”
