Events - Cancel and/or Refund an Event
This will teach you how to refund an event.
To cancel or refund an event, visit your All Customers section > Participants > Events > Click on the student's name:
This will launch their event details page. Underneath quantity click the pencil icon > edit quantity to 0 > Click save.
Then there will be prompts for how you would like to proceed with the refund.
You can choose to cancel with or without a refund.
