If a member is requesting a refund for their Century Martial Arts product you can request that refund for them.
NOTE: You will not be able to proceed the refund, only request the refund. Century Direct will take over after they receive a request.
From your control panel Click Retail > Fulfillment. Your Century Direct orders will show in blue.
Click Blue Century Direct Bubble.
Click Edit Order
Toggle the quantity button down
Change the quantity to 0.
Once the 0 has been clicked you can then choose to "Process Change" or "Cancel"
Click "Process Change"
A message will pop up confirming that you would like to edit the order and send the return request to Century Direct.
NOTE: Once you click "Yes" a refund will NOT be initiated. Century Direct will receive the request for a refund. Century Direct will then take over the process of refunding this product.
The order status will then show as "pending" from within the order details
And from within the fulfillment section.
Once Century approves the refund you will see this reflected in the order details and from within the Fulfillment section.
That is it!
NOTE: If the refund request has been denied the order details will show "Refund request declined".
