Follow the instructions below to easily block out dates in your class scheduler calendar for holidays, special events, and breaks!

To add blockout dates, go to Services and Products > Classes & Appointments > Blockout Dates:

Select the Start and End date that classes will not be available.

Apply your blockout date to all class/appointment types or select specific classes/appointment types to blockout.

Lastly, add a note, regarding why your classes will be closed and click Save.

On the class scheduler calendar for the Web App, Mobile App, and Class Scheduler URL, it will show as "Unavailable".

If your Customer clicks on the class they will receive the following error message.
