Ongoing Class Registrations - Overview

Allow registrations to be ongoing for classes that will be booked 180 days in advance

Setting up ongoing class registrations will allow you to:

  • Make ongoing class registrations for specific days that are automatically reoccurring.

  • Avoid having to register for the same class and class time every week.

  • View, cancel, and reschedule a specific ongoing class registration.

This feature is a great way to have productivity to allow Participants to be registered to the same class and class time automatically within the span of 180 days instead of having to manually register every week.

 


 

Setup Ongoing Class Registrations to a Class Time

 

In Services and Products > Class Schedule, you can edit an existing class or create a new class to use the ongoing class registrations feature. When editing/adding a class time in the Class/Appointment Times section, you will be given the option to "Allow ongoing registrations" during the setup. You may toggle that to YES or NO:

 

NOTE: The ongoing class registrations feature allows reoccurring class registrations for 180 days in advance. This feature does not work for drop-ins.

 


 

Registering A Participant To An Ongoing Class

 

When you launch your Point of Sale in Operations > Point of Sale > Dashboard, you can make the class registration by selecting the class, the class time, input/search the member's details, and select the "Register for this and ongoing future class/appts" box to enroll in ongoing class registrations:

 

NOTE: The day of the week that you have registered for will be the set day for the ongoing classes. Therefore, if you registered for Monday for a specific class and class time, then you will get reoccurring classes for every Monday onward.

 


 

Registering With Blockout Dates

 

When registering to ongoing classes with blockout dates that may intervene, you will be prompted of how many classes will be blocked and will be able to click the total in green to view the specific dates that are unavailable to attend:

 

 


Cancelling Ongoing Classes

In the Summary section of a Participant Profile, you can view the Class Registration details for the ongoing classes and you can cancel any of the class times individually or you can cancel all of the ongoing classes by clicking Cancel on any of the registered classes on the list.

 

Cancelling an ongoing class will prompt you the option to cancel only the class time that you have clicked on to cancel or to cancel all of the ongoing classes:

 

In Operations > Class/Appt Calendar, you can go to Search Participant to search the Participant with ongoing classes to view their list of classes to click to cancel one of them only or to cancel all of the ongoing classes:

 

 


Rescheduling Ongoing Classes

In the Summary section of a Participant Profile, you can view the Class Registration details for the ongoing classes and you can reschedule any of the class times individually or you can reschedule all of the ongoing classes by clicking Reschedule on any of the registered classes on the list.
