How to find your studio code (1 min)

Your studio code links customers to your specific location when they create an account. Use the steps below to quickly view or share your code.

View your studio code

When customers first create their online account, they will be asked for your studio code. The studio code connects them to your specific studio or location.

  1. Go to "Sales channel,"

  2. Select "customer access."

  3. Under Step 2, your studio code is in green text. If you have not changed your studio code previously, it will be a randomly generated code.

Share your studio code

  • Email access directions to customers.
  • Download or print the marketing flyer to display the steps and studio code.

Tip: The marketing flyer can be kept at the front desk or in a visible spot on the studio wall. This makes it easy for customers to scan and connect to your studio quickly.
