How to Create a Class Time

  1. Open the class editor by clicking the class name from the live or draft list.
  2. Scroll to the Class Times section.
  3. Click Add new to open the schedule modal.
  4. Select a mode: Ongoing or Custom (start and end date).
  5. Set the start time, duration, and days of the week.
  6. Save the class time.

Note: A class can be published without any class times — only a title is required.

How to Set Up a Time-Limited Class (e.g., Summer Only)

To create a class with a defined start and end date, use the Custom schedule option when creating a class time.

  1. Create or open the class you want to configure.
  2. In the Class Times section, click Add.
  3. In the schedule modal, select Custom.
  4. Enter a start date and an end date for the class period.
  5. Set the start time, duration, and days of the week.
  6. Save the class time.

The class will only appear for registration within the defined date range.

How to Set Up Ongoing Registrations

Ongoing registrations allow students to sign up for a class on a recurring basis without a set end date.

  1. Open the class editor and go to the Class Times section.
  2. Click Add or open an existing class time.
  3. Set the start time, duration, and days of the week.
  4. Toggle on Allow Ongoing Registration.
  5. Toggle on Allow Customers to Schedule Ongoing if you want students to be able to self-register for future occurrences.
  6. Save the class time.

Note: Ongoing registrations respect the global maximum advance scheduling limit. If the global limit is set to 90 days, ongoing registrations will extend up to 90 days out.

How to Add a Link for an Online Class

  1. Open the class editor.
  2. Open the class time editor.
  3. Click on the Staff & Location section.
  4. Toggle on the location option.
  5. Enter the online class URL or meeting link in the location field.
  6. Save your changes.

How to Allow Customers to Cancel or Reschedule

  1. In V2, go to Classes & Appointments > Settings.
  2. Find the Scheduling Restrictions section.
  3. Toggle on Customers can cancel or reschedule their classes and appointments.
  4. Enter the minimum number of hours before a class within which customers cannot cancel or reschedule.
  5. Save your changes.
