V2 Classes: Staff Access and Information

Classes and appointments bring all scheduling-based services into one place. Studios can create classes, manage times, assign staff, control access, link pricing, and track sessions.

How to Access Classes & Appointments in V2

  1. Log into V2.
  2. In the left-hand navigation, go to Services & Products.
  3. Click Classes & Appointments.

Permissions & Access

Staff Access Levels

  • Admin: Full access.
  • Manager: Can assign staff to classes, view staff analytics, and view class setup. Cannot edit, delete, or change class settings.
  • Staff: No access.

MyStudio Plan Restrictions

  • Starter: Does not have access to waitlist.
  • Growth: Does not have access to waitlist.
  • Scale: Full access.

Understanding Class Statuses

  • Live: Classes that are active and available for student registration.
  • Draft: Classes that have been saved but are not published. Students cannot see or register for draft classes.
  • Completed: Classes that have ended or been deleted. You can duplicate a completed class to use it as a template for a new draft.

Improvements from V1 to V2

  • V2 removes the loop where studios could not change class settings, unpublish, or delete classes linked to memberships or trials. It offers an automatic disconnect instead.
  • Staff assignment and reporting are now in dedicated, accessible views.
  • All class settings (reminders, pricing, access rules, capacity) are consolidated into one editor flow.
  • New studios see clear guidance and an empty state when no classes exist.
