Log into MyStudio V2. 2. Go to the rank promotions section with the stopwatch icon. 3. Access the eligible participants list. 2. Click the “certificates” button. 3. Select your desired layout. You will then be redirected to customize your certificate. Access the eligible participants list. 2. Click “add eligible participants” at the top right. 3. Search for a participant. 4. Access the eligible participants list. 2. Click “automations” at the top right. 3. Toggle the “add participants to the list when” setting to “on.” It is on when the toggle is blue. 4. Choose when the automation should automatically add participants. 5. Attendance count is complete. 2. Skills are complete.   Between the options, choose “and” if both options need to be true in order for students to be added to the list. Access the eligible participants subsection. 2. Click “columns” on the right-hand side above the table. 3. Access the eligible participants subsection. 2. Check the box next to the participant(s) you want to remove. 3.
