Information shared with Grow Pro Agency

After connecting, the following customer information is automatically shared with Grow Pro Agency:

  • Trial or Program Status

  • Customer’s first name

  • Customer’s last name

  • Customer’s email address

  • Customer’s phone number

 

Note: No participant information will be shared unless a person is registered as a customer and a participant.

How to connect Grow Pro Agency

Starting point: Log into V2 and go to Marketplace → Integrations.

  1. Find “Grow Pro Agency” and press the “connect” button.

  2. On the next screen, press the green Connect button.

  3. A side panel will appear. Enter your Grow Pro Agency location ID and press Connect.

How to update your location ID

Starting point: Log into V2 and go to Marketplace → Integrations. 

  1. Find Grow Pro Agency and press Manage Integration.

  2. Press the green Update Location ID button.

  3. Enter the updated location ID and press Update.

Starting point: Log into V2 and go to Marketplace → Integrations. 

  1. Find Grow Pro Agency and press Manage Integration.

  2. Press the Disconnect button.
