      V2: Grow Pro Agency Integration

      Learn how to connect, update, and manage your Grow Pro Agency integration in MyStudio V2.

      Where to find Grow Pro Agency integration

      To find this integration,

      1. Log in to V2.

      2. Find the “Integrations” tab.

      3. In the drop down menu, select “Discover.

      4. Find “Grow Pro Agency” and press the “connect” button.

      5. A new screen will appear. Press the green “Connect” button.

      6. A side out screen will appear prompting you to put in your Grow Pro Agency location ID.

         

      Note: If you need assistance with locating your Grow Pro Agency location ID, please reach out to your Grow Pro Agency representative.

      Information shared with Grow Pro Agency

      After successfully connecting the location ID, your MyStudio trials and memberships data will be shared. This information includes:

      • Trial or Program Status

      • Customer’s first name

      • Customer’s last name

      • Customer’s email address

      • Customer’s phone number

       

      Note: No participant information will be shared unless a person is registered as a customer and participant.

      How to update the location ID

      To update the location ID,

      1. Log in to V2.

      2. Find the “Integrations” tab.

      3. In the drop down menu, select “Discover.”

      4. Find “Grow Pro Agency” and press the “Manage Integration” button.

      5. A new screen will appear. Press the green “Update location ID” button.

      6. Enter in the updated location ID and press “Update.”

      How to disconnect the location ID

      To disconnect the location ID,

      1. Log in to V2.

      2. Find the “Integrations” tab.

      3. In the drop down menu, select “Discover.”

      4. Find “Grow Pro Agency” and press the “Manage Integration” button.

      5. A new screen will appear. Press the “Disconnect” button.
