Live trials

Where: Services and products > Trials > Live

You will see the live trial table.

 

Table headers

What it does

Name

Displays trial name and net sales. Trial name can be clicked on to edit trial setup

Status

Displays a green Live button to indicate the trial is live

Registered Number of total registration for a trial. The number can be clicked on to view registrants
Conversion%

Displays the percentage of registrants that signed up for a membership after registering for a trial

Last updated Displays the date the trial was last edited and saved
Actions
  • Duplicate: Copies the trial into the drafts section

     

  • Copy URL: Copy the registration link. This link is active and can be sent to potential customers.

     

  • Unpublish: Removes trial from live and goes into draft. The links for the trial will no longer be active.

     

  • Preview: Opens the active trial link in a new tab for quick viewing and signups

     

  • Delete: Removes the trial completely and can no longer have registrations

Draft trials

Where: Services and products > Trials > Live

You will see the draft trial table.

Note: Registrations and net sales from a previously published version will appear here.

 

Table headers

What it does

Name

Displays trial name and net sales. Trial name can be clicked on to edit trial setup

Status

Displays a grey Draft button to indicate the trial is not live

Registered

Number of total registration for a trial before it was unpublished. The number can be clicked on to view registrants

Conversion%

Displays the percentage of registrants that signed up for a membership after registering for a trial

Last updated

Displays the date the trial was last edited and saved

Actions

  • Duplicate: Copies the trial into the drafts section

  • Publish: 

  • Delete: Removes the trial completely and can no longer have registrations

Trial statuses

Statuses appear in trial analytics, the conversion table, and can trigger campaigns.

Status

Meaning

Active

In the trials; hasn't enrolled in a memberships or canceled

Enrolled

Signed up for a membership

Canceled

Tried your services; not interested

Did not start

Signed up for the trial but never used it

Update a participant's status

Status updates are manual by default. Bulk updates are not supported.

  1. Go to Contacts > Participants > Trials.

  2. Find the customer.

  3. Update their status.

 

Tip: To automatically update an active status to an enrolled status when their phone number or email matches an active membership, enable the Trial Status Conversation Automation.

Add a custom status

  1. Go to Services and Products > Trials > Settings.

  2. Find Customize your trial status and conversion system section.

  3. Click + Add new.

 

Note: Custom statuses still count as active in analytics.
