To start chatting with a MyStudio team member, click the chat icon at the bottom right-hand corner of your screen and then "new conversation".

Monday-Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM EST

Thursday: 12 PM - 7:30 PM EST

Friday: 9 AM - 7:30 PM EST

Saturday: 9 AM - 5:00 PM EST
