To transfer a member from one program to another, go to All Customers > Participants > Programs > and click on the student's name.

This will launch their Program Registration page. Click the pencil icon next to "Program" or "Membership" to start the transfer process:

Select the new Membership to transfer the member to:

Choose whether to keep the current payment structure or create a new payment structure:


Keep Current Payment Structure:

This option will simply update the program/membership title for your customer. No new agreement/waiver will be created.

Select your student's rank:

Then confirm if you wish to send an email of the changes to your customer or not:

And that's it! Your member has been successfully transfered:


Create New Payment Structure

This option will launch your Point of Sale system and create a new membership (with a new agreement/waiver) for your customer.

Select your student's rank:

Then confirm that you would like to cancel their current membership in order to complete the transfer process:

Next, confirm if you wish to send an email of the changes to your customer or not:

This will launch your POS where you can now choose the membership start date:

And complete the checkout process:

You can also add any custom sign-up fee or membership fee discounts here:

Finish the checkout process and your student will be successfully transferred!
