Use your All Customers > Participants > Trials section to view, edit, and manage all your Trial registrations.

Navigating the Trials Section
Easily sort your Trials list by All/Registered/Attendance, Trial Options, or Trial Status:

Select students and send mobile messages, emails, or export a CSV file:

Select "Add New Participant" to manually add a new trial registration.

This will redirect you to your Point of Sale where you can finish inputting all of the member/participant information:

Quickly update a trials' status by clicking the green status name and updating it:

Lastly, view your Trial's full information by clicking on the trial Participant name:

Trial Information
Navigate through your Trial's information tabs to view their trial details, custom registration info, trial history, payment details, and attendance details.
You can also use this page to send your trial an email or message and link directly to their Participant profile:

Download your Trial's signed Waiver & Agreement
Edit your Trial's Lead Source
Change your Trial's Start Date & End Date
Update your Trial's current Status

Details
View/Edit any custom registration fields here
Navigate to your Custom Participant Fields

Payments
View full history of payments made (if any) for this Trial

Attendance Details
View full attendance record for this particular Trial

Toggle between this specific trial's attendance or view all attendance across multiple programs/memberships/trials:

Trial History
View Trial related history, such as registration date, updates to start/end date
