Steps to close your business account or remove add-ons with our support.

We understand that deciding to cancel your MyStudio account or an add-on is not always easy. Before you make a final decision, we would love the opportunity to learn more about your situation and see if there is anything we can do to help. This may include providing additional guidance, offering alternative solutions, or addressing any challenges you may be experiencing.
If you are sure you would like to proceed, the information below will help guide you through the process.
Step 1: Connect with your Account Manager
Before submitting a cancellation request, we strongly recommend speaking with us first.

Step 2: Review important cancellation information
If you choose to move forward with canceling, please keep the following in mind:

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 14 days before your next billing date to avoid charges to the upcoming billing cycle.

This notice period applies to both full MyStudio business subscription and individual add-ons.

You are responsible for canceling any active or on-hold members to ensure all recurring payments are stopped.

Step 3: Submit your cancellation request
Please choose the option below that best matches what you would like to cancel.
Cancel your MyStudio business subscription
Canceling your subscription will close your MyStudio business account and remove access to all features and add-ons.

You may submit the cancellation form at any time.

To avoid your next billing charge, your request must be submitted at least 14 days before your next payment date.

Once your account has been canceled, you will receive a confirmation email.

Cancel a MyStudio add-on
If you would like to keep your MyStudio business account active but remove one or more add-ons, you may submit an add-on cancellation request.

Add-on cancellations also require a 14-day notice prior to your next billing date.

Your core MyStudio subscription will remain active.

A confirmation email will be sent once your request is processed.

Before you go
If you would like to export your customer information prior to cancellation, you may do so at any time before your account is closed.
