How To: Hide a Membership

Hiding Membership Options are helpful to prevent members from registering for an option that you would like to remain private from members' view and accessible only through the Membership Option's URL.

In this article you will learn how to:

• Access the Membership Option you wish to hide.

• Make the Membership Option private.

• Copy the Program URL to send to your members.

When you have Memberships that are only for certain members, such as a Black Belt Membership or a membership option that has a special payment plan, you can hide these from the Member App/Web App so only certain members can be added to the membership through the URL.

To hide this, go to Services and Products > Memberships and select to edit the Membership you wish to hide:

Go to Membership Options and click on the box that says "Make Private" to hide it:

NOTE: You cannot hide an entire Membership Category. Only the Membership Options within the category can be hidden.

After clicking this box, the members will not see this on their app. When they click on the Membership, the hidden option will not be viewable.
