Member App: Add, Reschedule, or Cancel Class Registrations (Mobile App Version)

Learn how customers can add, reschedule, or cancel their class registrations in the mobile app version of the member app.

  1. Login to the web app.

  2. Tap the three lines (bottom right corner for mobile).

  3. Go to "My Account."

Important: The studio or business will need to have "enable member registration functionality" toggled on in their class schedule setup to allow customers to register for classes.

What customers can do with class registrations

Customers are able to:

  • Register for classes
  • Reschedule class registrations
  • Cancel class registrations

 

Note: The studio can restrict how soon before the class/appointment start time your members can cancel/reschedule or turn off canceling and rescheduling altogether by going to Services and Products > Classes & Appointments > Settings.

How customer register for classes

  1. Login to the web app.

  2. Locate the "Class Schedule" icon ( Updated Member App Class Schedule Icon ). This may be an icon at the top or visible after clicking the three lines at the bottom right corner.

  3. The customer will be prompted to select how you would like to see the class schedule. The options are all, by viewing all classes, class/appointment types, or staff member instructing the class (if applicable).

  4. The customer will click on the class they would like to register for.

  5. The customer will be taken to the checkout screen, where they will choose the participant they are registering. Then press "register"

  6. Confirm that the participant and customer information is accurate. Then press "register."

  7. A registration message will be sent to the customer and the studio through email.

How customers reschedule class registrations

  1. Login to the web app.

  2. Tap the three lines (bottom right corner for mobile).

  3. Go to "My Account."

  4. Click "Class Schedule."

  5. Find the class you want to change and click "reschedule."

  6. The studio's class schedule will display. Click on the class date and time you want to reschedule to.

  7. After selecting the new class date and time, it will appear in the customer's list of class registrations.

  8. A registration message will be sent to the customer and the studio through email.

How customers cancel their class registrations

  1. Login to the web app.

  2. Tap the three lines (bottom right corner for mobile).

  3. Go to "My Account."

  4. Click "Class Schedule."

  5. Select the class you want to cancel.

  6. A pop up will display to make sure you want to delete the class registration. Click "delete" to continue.

  7. After clicking "delete", the class will be removed from the customer's class schedule list.

  8. A registration canceled message will be sent to the customer and the studio through email.
