What is the Print Center?

The Print Center is a tool in your V2 account that lets you quickly access items you can print or email to your students. It’s designed to help you manage things like certificates, attendance cards, and belt labels with just a few clicks.

How do I get to the Print Center?

  1. Log in to your V2 account.

  2. On the left-hand menu, click “Tools.”

  3. From the dropdown, choose “Print Center.”

What can I do in the Print Center?

In the Print Center, you can:

  • Create and email rank promotion certificate (Click to learn more).
  • Print or email participant QR codes.
  • Print or email belt labels (coming soon).
  • Print or email Attendance cards (coming soon).

How do I create QR codes?

  1. Log in to your V2 account.

  2. Go to Tools > Print Center.

  3. Click “QR Codes.”

  4. Choose how you want the QR code to look (orientation).
  5. Turn on/off what info to show:
    1. Participant name.
    2. Customer name (primary customer).
    3. Pin code.
  6. Select which participants need QR codes.
  7. Export the QR codes: download or email them.

What are QR codes?

Yes. After selecting your participants and customizing the layout, you can either download the QR codes or email them directly to yourself or your students.

Can I print QR codes for more than one student at a time?

Yes. You can select multiple participants and print or email all their QR codes in a single batch.

I don’t have a printer. Can I still use the QR codes?

Yes. You can email the QR codes and use them digitally. Students can display QR codes on a mobile device for check-in.

Do the QR codes expire or stop working?

No. Once a QR code is created, it will continue to work unless you manually delete the participant.

Can I print QR codes on labels or sticker paper?

Yes. You can do this by:

  1. Buy blank sticker sheets (usually 8.5” x 11”) pre-cut label sheets.

  2. Make sure your printer is set to the correct size.

  3. Open your downloaded QR code file.

  4. Adjust your layout (in Word, Google Docs, or a label template).

  5. Print directly onto the sticker paper.

How could I design the QR code to be on a label sheet or sticker paper?

Yes!

  • In Word: Go to “Mailings” > “Labels” > “Options” and select your label type.

  • In Google Docs: You could find an add-on for label-making.

Then paste the QR code images into the label cells.

What equipment do I need to use QR code effectively?

You will need

  • A computer, phone, or tablet with internet.

  • A basic printer (optional for physical copies).

  • A camera-enabled device (computer or tablet) to scan QR codes.

  • Optional: Sticker or label paper for printing.

Will this replace my attendance cards?

They can, if you choose to transition. However, you can also continue using physical attendance cards and simply attach the QR code to them for convenience.
