Info

The sales analytics section provides insight into your revenue within a specified time frame. You can filter the page by:

  • Total revenue
  • Recurring revenue (coming soon)
  • New revenue (coming soon)

The different filters in both the chart and the table also make it easy to see specific data points for more in-depth analysis of all offering purchases. If you would prefer to just see the table, you can toggle the chart off and on by clicking “hide chart” at the top right.

Chart

The chart will default to showing you a monthly comparison of your revenue. Each revenue type is color coordinated so that you can easily see which type of income made up the majority of your revenue that month. Hover your mouse over the columns to see a specific breakdown of revenue totals per offering.

You can change the view of your revenue by clicking the first drop down to see your revenue annually.

You can also filter by a specific offering type to only see specific revenues. This includes:

  • All products
  • Programs
  • Class/appt bookings
  • Trials
  • Events
  • Retail
  • Miscellaneous

Coming soon: you can also compare product performance over a custom time range. If you toggle the “compare to” to “on” you can see the following comparisons:

  • Daily: comparing today’s revenue to the same day last week, last month, and last year.
  • Weekly: comparing this week’s revenue with the same week last year.
  • Monthly: comparing this month’s revenue with the same month last year.

You can hover your mouse over these columns as well to see a breakdown of the comparison and the percentage of increase or decrease.

Coming soon: toggle between your gross and net totals by selecting from the drop down on the right.

If you want to hide the chart so that you only see the data table, you can click “hide chart” at the top right. Click it again to show the chart again.

Table

The table in the sales analytics section will default to show you your daily revenue totals per offering category. You can click the arrow next to a category to see further breakdown of that total. At the top of the table, click the first drop down to select whether you see:

  • Daily totals
  • Weekly totals
  • Monthly totals
  • Quarterly totals
  • Annual totals

Coming soon: search for a specific offering for a comparison with itself month-to-month in the search bar. You can also toggle between gross and net totals on the right side.

FAQ

  • What are the timeframes of revenue that I can see?
    • The chart can show you daily, weekly, monthly, or annual totals of revenue. The table can show you daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual totals.
  • Can I view gross totals?
    • (Coming soon) Yes! Select the drop down on the right side of the chart or table to view gross or net totals.
  • Why can’t I use the compare toggle to compare this year to last year?
    • (Coming soon) Since the chart will automatically display several years, the chart will automatically show this comparison.
  • How do I see a comparison of this month to last month?
    • If you would like to see an overview of this month to last month, you don’t need to use the compare to toggle. However, if you would like to see, for example, today’s sales compared to last month’s sales on the same date, you can toggle to compare weekly to last month (coming soon).
  • Can I change the colors in the chart?
    • Unfortunately at this time you will not be able to change these colors.
