Sales analytics provides valuable insights in sales trends and analysis of sales performance. This section offers comprehensive views of comparative data so that you can make informed decisions for improvements.

Access sales analytics in V2
To access sales analytics in V2:
- Login to MyStudio V2
- Go to insights
- Click “analytics”
- You will automatically be directed to the sales analytics where the chart will show you a month-to-month comparison of your sales.
See total revenue
To see your total revenue:
- Login to MyStudio V2
- Go to insights
- Click “analytics”
- You will automatically be directed to the sales analytics
- View your total revenue at the top tabs above the chart. You can also see this broken down between recurring revenue vs new revenue in the tabs next to it.
Date ranges for sales analytics
You can see your sales analytics according to the following time frames:
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Annually
What is the "compare to" feature?
The “compare to” feature allows you to compare product performance over a custom time range. This could include comparing today’s revenue to the same day last week, month or year or this month’s revenue compared to the same month last year. This feature is not available yet, but is coming soon.
See sales analytics for a specific offering
To see the sales analytics of specific offerings:
- Login to MyStudio V2
- Go to insights
- Click “analytics”
- In your sales analytics, filter the table or chart by product type
Additionally, if you choose not to use the filter and want to just see a comparison between offerings, the table organizes the sales data by offering. You can hover your mouse over the chart columns to see a breakdown by offering here as well.
See gross totals
To see your gross sales totals:
- Login to MyStudio V2
- Go to insights
- Click “analytics”
- On the right hand side of the chart, toggle the drop down between net and gross
Hide chart
To hide the chart so that you only see the analytics table:
- Login to MyStudio V2
- Go to insights
- Click “analytics”
- On the right hand side above the chart, click “hide chart.” You can click this button again to reinstate the chart
