The transactions page in payments offers an in-depth analysis of revenue, past due payments, and disputes. It helps you track financial performance and manage payment-related issues efficiently with detailed visualizations and comprehensive tables.

Info
When going into the payments > transactions > overview section, you will find various data cards outlining statistics of different payment information. You can grab quick information from this section, or click into the all payments or disputes section for more information about specific payments.
The overview page will be defaulted to viewing information from month to date, but you can click the drop down to view overview for:
- Yesterday
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
- Last 12 months
- Month to date
- Year to date
At the top of the page, you will find quick data points for:
- Net total revenue
- Net recurring revenue
- Net new revenue
- Tax
- Pending release
The data cards include:
- Gross total revenue (coming soon): this is broken down by weekly month to date totals before deductions.
- Net total revenue: this is broken down by payment method. Amounts are based on totals minus admin fees.
- Past due payments: this is a listed view of the four most recent past due payments. You can click “view all” to be redirected to a full list of past due payments, or you can click “rerun payment” to rerun a past due payment directly from the overview section (coming soon).
- Disputes: this is a listed view of disputes listed from most recent to oldest along with their statuses and due dates. You can click on “view all” to be redirected to the full list of disputes and their details.
Actions

When you click on a dispute, a side window will appear to show you further details on the particular dispute. This information includes:
- Total: total disputed
- Due date: how many days are left for you to respond
- Last update
- Customer
- Payment method
- Risk evaluation
- Timeline (coming soon): recording of when payment was taken, succeeded, and disputed
- More information on how to handle disputes
You can accept or counter the dispute directly from this card at the bottom. If you counter the dispute, you will be redirected to fill out evidence for the counter.
Past due payments
When you click on a past due payment, a side window will appear to show you further details on the payment. This information includes:
- Gross total
- Admin fees and taxes
- Reason: reason for it being past due
- Due: when the payment was due
- Payment method
- Payment id: this is the payment id for Stripe
- Payout id: this is the payout id for Stripe
- Buyer
- Participant
- Category: the offering type
- Product name: what was purchased
- Product detail: the option, date, etc subcategory of the product purchased
- Timeline (coming soon): recording of the payment’s statuses
You can choose to rerun the payment, apply a credit to the transaction (coming soon), or view the registration for more details.
If you click to apply a credit to the transaction, you will then enter the amount you are crediting and the payment method type of the credit.
Note: You can also choose to waive a past due payment by applying a manual credit. Manual credits are compensation given by the business to the customer, similar to a coupon, and does not count towards income statistics.
