Payout consolidation

If you would like to see exactly which purchases were included in a specific payout, you have a couple options.

Option 1: search bar

The first option is to copy the payout ID from payments > payouts, then go to payments > transactions > all payments and search for that payout ID in the search bar. This will pull up the full list of transactions attached to that specific payout ID. You can then export this list for further accounting purposes if needed

Note: You are also able to search for the payout ID in V1! However, you can only access and copy the payout ID in V2, so it may be easier to just do consolidation fully in V2.

Option 2: Excel / Google Sheets

Go to payments > payouts and copy the payout ID you would like to know the transactions for.

Then go to payments > transactions and export your payment history. If you know for a fact that the payout includes transactions from a specific date range, you can filter the table first before exporting.

Open the exported payment history in Google Sheets or Excel.

Note: the following instructions will be from Google Sheets.

Your opened payment history export will show you the full list of transactions. Scroll to the right and highlight the payout ID column by clicking the column letter (usually it’s column Y).

At the top menu bar, click the “create a filter” icon (looks like a funnel).

This will highlight the column you selected in green and you will click the three bars next to the column title.

Click “clear” above the search bar to clear all selections.

Then, paste the payout ID you had copied earlier into this search bar and click the result so that there is a check mark next to it.

After clicking “ok” your Google or Excel sheet will only display the transactions that have that payout ID.
