The payouts section allows you to see your daily payouts and different information about them.

How to see Stripe payouts
To see a list of your Stripe payouts:
- Login to V2.
- Go to payments > payouts.
You can click on any of the listed payouts to see a detailed breakdown. Here is a picture of what to look for:
How to filter Stripe payouts list
You can filter your Stripe payouts by date range or status.
- Login to MyStudio V2.
- Go to payments > payouts.
- The date range filter is located at the top left above the table.
- The status filter is located next to the date range filter.
How to copy the payout ID
You may want to copy a payout ID to search for the specific payments associated with it. To do so:
- Login to MyStudio V2.
- Go to payments > payouts.
- Click on the specific payout you want to search for.
- At the top right, click the copy button next to the payout ID.

To search the payout ID in order to see the specific transactions associated with that payout:
- Login to MyStudio V2.
- Go to payments > payouts.
- Click on the payout you want to search for.
- Click the copy button next to the payout ID.
- Go to payments > transactions.
- You should automatically be in the payment history section. Enter the payout ID in the search bar.

Note: You are also able to search for the payout ID in V1! However, you can only access and copy the payout ID in V2, so it may be easier to just do consolidation fully in V2.
Payout consolidation with export in Excel/Google Sheets
To see the specific transactions associated with a particular payout after exporting payment history:
- Login to MyStudio V2.
- Go to payments > payouts.
- Click on the payout you want to search for.
- Click the copy button next to the payout ID.
- Go to payments > transactions.
- Export the payment history.
- Open the export in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Scroll to the right and highlight the payout ID column by clicking the column letter (usually it’s column Y).
- At the top menu bar, click the “create a filter” icon (looks like a funnel). This will highlight the column you selected in green.
- Click the three bars next to the column title.
- Click “clear” above the search bar to clear all selections in the popup.
- Paste the payout ID you had copied earlier into this search bar and click the result so that there is a check mark next to it.
After clicking “ok” your Google or Excel sheet will only display the transactions that have that payout ID. Here are pictures of what to look for:
Payout reports
You’ll automatically receive payout reports when Stripe sends a payout to your bank. You can click the link in this email to be redirected to the V2 payment history section where the payout ID will already be in the search bar.
Note: If you have multiple payouts sent in a day, you will receive separate emails.
