How to Configure Attendance Deduction (Attendance Limit Logic)

The attendance limit logic allows you to control how many visits are deducted from a membership when a student attends a class.

  1. Open the class editor.
  2. Scroll to the Registration section.
  3. Find the Attendance Limit Logic setting.
  4. Set the deduction using the two dropdowns: Every [X] class attended will deduct [Y] from the attendance limit.
  5. Save your changes.

For example, to count a class as 2 attendances, set "Every 1 class to deduct 2 from the attendance limits." To count as half an attendance, set "Every 2 classes to deduct 1 from the attendance limit."

Note: This setting only applies to memberships that have attendance limits configured.
