How to find V2 "Plan and billing" section

To view your plan and billing information in V2,

  1. Log in to V2.

  2. Click the person icon in the top right corner, known as the profile section.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. By default, you will be in the Business Settings section area.

  5. Find and click “Plan and billing.”

What to view in the "Plan and billing" section

In this section, you can view:

  • Terms of service.

  • Privacy policy.

  • Compare plans option.

  • How long your plan has been active.

  • Your current MyStudio plan.

  • Your next payment date and amount for your plan.

  • Your next payment date and amount for add-ons.

  • Details about purchased add-ons.

  • Your payment method for your MyStudio plan.

How to upgrade MyStudio plan

To upgrade your current MyStudio plan, 

  1. Double check your current plan type.

  2. Click “Upgrade."

  3. It will take you to the "compare plans" subsection. You can upgrade your account by clicking "upgrade" button on the higher tier plan.

How to find processing rates

To view your processing rates, 

  1. Click “compare plans”

  2. At the top, you will see your current plan, the billing rate for your plan, and the process fee rates.

How to update payment method on file

To update your payment method on file,

  1. Go to the payment method subsection.

  2. Press the “Replace card” button.

Why am I not able to press the upgrade button?

If you are not able to press the upgrade button, 

  1. Check your current MyStudio plan.

  2. If you are on the highest plan, you would not be able to upgrade your account.

How do I see which add-on I am paying for?

To view your purchased add-ons,

  1. Ensure you are in the MyStudio plan subsection.

  2. Click the “view details”.

  3. A pop up will appear displaying the name, the price, and the next billing date of the add-on(s) purchased.

Why is my payment method not working?

If your payment did not go through:

  • Check that your card details are correct and up to date.
  • Make sure your card has available funds.
  • If the issue continues, contact your bank or card provider to verify there are no blocks or restrictions.
